Day
01: Arrival Yangon
Arrive at Yangon International airport and transfer to
hotel. Yangon has been the capital of Myanmar since the
British transformed it into their administrative center of
future India. Its impressive colonial and spiritual
heritage makes Yangon one of the most fascinating capitals
of South East Asia. After a brief fresh up continue Yangon
city tour. Tour highlight: Karaweik hall known as a royal
barge on the royal lake, Chaukhtatgyi colossal reclining
Buddha Image, Botataung Pagoda said to have enshrinement
of Buddha hair relic. Walk along the Yangon harbor and
after a glance of historic Strand hotel and other colonial
heritages proceed to Shwedagon Pagoda, which is claimed to
be the world richest golden stupa of two thousand five
hundred years old. The golden dome rises 98 meters above
its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold.

Day
02: Yangon - Heho - Inle Lake <Flight / Coach>
Breakfast at hotel and visit Bogyoke market, a famous
shopping center to enjoy display of Myanmar superlative
handicraft. Afternoon transfer to airport for your Heho
bound flight. Upon arrival at Heho continue to Inle Lake
<approx 1 hour>. Enjoy a scenic drive to Myanmar
best known sight of Inle Lake. Overnight at Inle Lake.

03: Inle Lake <boat>
Traveling on the lake is an exhilarating experience for
nature lovers and a chance to observe the unique
traditions of the Intha people. Breakfast at hotel
and board on a traditional long and tall motorized boat
for a sightseeing tour of the lake. Visit one of the local
market scheduled to be held here either in the lake or
around the shore of the lake to day. Full day excursion on
Inle Lake, famous for its unique one-legged rowers,
typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing and
village life. Continue visit to Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda
housing five sacred and almost shapeless Buddha images,
contorted because of the quantity of applied gold leaf,
gifts from the believers. Afternoon visit floating village
of Ywama, the lake's downtown, the weaving village of
Inpawkhon and the Ngaphechaung, a museum like monastery
where old belongings of many monasteries are restored.

Day
04: Inle - Pindaya - Heho - Mandalay <coach /
flight>
Breakfast at hotel and depart for Pindaya cave <approx
2 hour>, known for its countless Buddha Images in
extensive lime stone caves and picturesque lake. The road
winds over the rolling hills of the Shan plateau through
colorful mustard and whet field. Explore around wonder of
the mystery cave and unique Pa O traditional paper
umbrella making process. Proceed to Heho <approx 2
hour> for your Mandalay bound flight. Upon arrival at
Mandalay transfer to your hotel. Mandalay has long been
known as a centre of skilled craftsmanship. A four of
traditional workshops includes crafts such as woodcarving,
marble masonry, Kalaga tapestry and gold leaf making etc.

Day
05: Mandalay - Mingun - Mandalay <boat /coach>
Breakfast at hotel and depart for Kyawzun jetty to observe
life on the waterfront. This port often busy with
buffaloes logging on the Myanma superlative teak and
people working with the Bamboo rafting etc. Board on a
boat for Mingun across Ayeyarwady river. Visit the home
for the poor aged, the world largest ringing bell weighing
90 tons and Mingun Pahtodawgyi, an enormous pile of bricks
is all that remains of King Bodawpaya's grandiose scheme.
Visit attractive pagoda built in 19 century by King
Bodawpaya's grandson in memory of one of his wives and
return to Mandalay. Afternoon visit the foot of Mandalay
hill to observe "the largest book" at Kuthodaw
Pagoda where entire Buddhist canon recorded on stone
tablets totaling 729 in number. Shwekyaungdaw "golden
Monastery" to observe finest Myanmar wooden
architecture. Observe fantastic sunset from unique 200
years old U Bin wooden bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day
06: Amapura - Ava - Bagan <coach / flight>

Breakfast
at hotel and visit Phayagyi to pay homage to the
most revered Mahamuni Image and continue to
ancient capital of Amapura "meaning city of
immortality" where the country's largest
monastery, Mahagandayon Monastery is located.
Observe the lunch process of hundreds of Buddhist
monks and precede to forgotten ancient capital of
Ava the 14 century capital located across Myitnge
river. Observe unique monasteries and monuments
include a look at 88 foot high watchtower, Bargaya
teak monastery
which is famous for its teak pillars amounting to
267 in total, the remains of the royal palace and
fort. Afternoon proceed to airport for your Bagan
bound flight. Bagan lies on the dry plain of
central Myanmar by the banks of the Ayeyarwady
river is one of the most remarkable archaeological
sites in Asia. Upon arrival transfer to your
hotel. Overnight in Bagan.

Day
07: Bagan <coach>
After brief fresh up visit Bagan archaeological zone. Tour
highlights: Gawdawpalin, one of the largest and most
imposing Monument in Bagan, Shwegugyi, Thabyinnyu, the
highest monument of universal science, Shwesandaw for
panoramic view of the ruins, Dhammyangyi, the temple of
unique of all Asia, Sulamuni, Myingabar Gubyukggyi for its
exquisite mural paintings, Myazedi pillar inscribed in
four language mainly Myanmar, Mon, Pali and Pyu, Manuha
temple with captive king's impression of life
imprisonment, Abeyadana temple famous for it's fine mural
paintings on Mahayana Buddhism. Visit lacquer ware
workshop to observe process of traditional Myanmar
souvenir. Continue to visit Min Nanthu village and sunset
from one of the ruins. Overnight in Bagan.
Day
08: Bagan - Yangon <flight>
If you are enthusiastic enough you may enjoy the fantastic
sunrise view from one of the ruin. Breakfast at hotel and
visit enchanting Nyaung Oo market, continue to Shwezigon
Pagoda, prototype of later Myanmar stupas and near by
Kyansittha cave, Wetkyi Inn Gubyaukgyi, temple to observe
original 12-century Mural paintings, frescoes and base
relief works, Htilominlo, temple where frescoes
representing 28 Buddha of the future, Anandar, the
best-preserved masterpieces of Mon architecture and Oak
Kyaung, Nayluaungkyaung only Hindu temple survived in
Bagan. Afternoon transfer to airport for your Yangon bound
flight. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight in
Yangon.

09: Departure
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to airport for your
onwards flight to conclude this unique experience. |
